Tong Qingxi
Chief Advisor
He was a founder of remote sensing and hyperspectral remote sensing technologies in China and the initiator of China's first commercial satellite constellation. He advocated and conducted research on the application of hyperspectral remote sensing, and was one of the earliest pioneers in the field of remote sensing technology application in my country. Mr. Tong dedicated himself to promoting the latest developments, technologies, and achievements in China's remote sensing technology and applications to the international stage, generating significant international influence. His research achievements have won 15 national and provincial-level science and technology progress awards, one first prize of the Natural Science Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and two special prizes of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, among other honors.

Li Zhizhong
Expert Consultant
An academician of the International Academy of Astronautics and a second-level professor, he has served as the head of several core institutions within the China Geological Survey and is currently the chief expert of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Geospatial Remote Sensing Center. He has long been dedicated to remote sensing technology research and application, leading the completion of over 40 major national scientific research projects. He spearheaded the construction of an integrated space-air-ground remote sensing technology system and promoted the innovative application of hyperspectral remote sensing in resource exploration, ecological monitoring, and other fields. He has received honors such as the China Remote Sensing 30-Year Achievement Award and the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the Ministry of Land and Resources.

Chen Rongli
Chief Scientist
Chief Scientist, System Chief Designer, and project leader of 7 National 863 Program projects, presided over the "13th Five-Year Plan" special project "XXX Micro-Nano Satellite Constellation Technology" and served as the chief scientist of the first experimental satellite. He participated in the development of a number of patents, including a large-aperture stray light coefficient testing system based on computational holographic elements. He has won honors such as the first prize of National Defense Science and Technology Progress Award and the Outstanding Achievement Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Wang Dingyi
Expert Consultant
An internationally renowned remote sensing expert, he has served as a researcher at top institutions in multiple countries. He led the WINDII project in collaboration with NASA and CSA in the United States, as well as the MIPAS project of the European Space Agency. His research covers hyperspectral remote sensing and atmospheric particulate matter detection. He spearheaded the National Defense Science and Technology Bureau's research on greenhouse gas detection using high-resolution satellites, developed a CO₂ inversion system and achieved quasi-operational application, and published over one hundred high-level papers.
