With the continuous entry of numerous brand-name space companies, commercial spaceflight is now in a period of rapid development, characterized by fierce competition and a focus on excellence, becoming a crucial support for my country's efforts to build a space power and realize its space dream.

Today, my country's high-tech strategic industries, represented by its aerospace program, have entered a new stage of development. The four major launch sites located in Jiuquan, Xichang, Wenchang, and Taiyuan have become the cradle and crucial support for my country's aerospace industry. Among them, the Wenchang Space Launch Site in Hainan is my country's new-generation high-thrust carrier rocket launch site, holding a vital position and role in my country's aerospace system. In recent years, the construction of the Hainan Wenchang International Aerospace City, relying on the Wenchang Space Launch Site, has been accelerating. While serving the development of my country's aerospace industry and accelerating the construction of a space power, it is also integrating into a new development pattern, striving to create a new engine for development.

In recent years, with policy support and capital investment, China's commercial aerospace industry has experienced significant growth and faces broader development and cooperation opportunities. Against this backdrop, to better ensure the stable development of my country's commercial aerospace industry, on May 30, 2022, Xi'an Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics CAS Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co.,LTD Technology Co., Ltd. and the Shaanxi Branch of the People's Insurance Company of China (PICC) held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony.

At 09:56 Beijing time on April 16, 2022, the Shenzhou-13 manned spacecraft's return capsule successfully landed at the Dongfeng Landing Site. Astronauts Zhai Zhigang, Wang Yaping, and Ye Guangfu safely exited the capsule in good health, marking a complete success for the Shenzhou-13 manned spaceflight mission.

Recently, Xi'an Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics CAS Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co.,LTD Technology Co., Ltd. received significant good news! Less than a year after its establishment, the company secured seed round financing from Shaanxi Science and Technology Innovation Aerospace Seed Investment Fund, one of the first seed funds in Shaanxi Province. The Shaanxi Science and Technology Innovation Aerospace Seed Investment Fund was personally selected by the Provincial Party Secretary to serve enterprises within Shaanxi Province, addressing gaps in the province's investment industry chain. It is specifically designed to support early-stage financing for SMEs, focusing on the province's advantageous aerospace industries, deeply investing in the aerospace sector, and targeting the digital economy.

On the morning of November 30, 2021, Peng Xinning, Deputy Director of the Xi'an Municipal Military-Civilian Integration Office, and his delegation visited Xi'an Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics CAS Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co.,LTD Technology Co., Ltd. for guidance. The 2021 Xi'an International Entrepreneurship Competition, held in the Chanba Ecological District of Xi'an City, successfully concluded on December 3, 2021.
