The event featured a special lecture by Mr. Wang Wei, a recipient of the "National Advanced Worker in Popular Science" award and head of popular science business at Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics CAS Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co.,LTD. Mr. Wang began with "The Mysteries of Artificial Satellites," transforming complex aerospace technology into engaging and interactive experiments. Through vivid examples, he explained the differences between aviation and aerospace, used a "solar panel folding experiment" to analyze the unique "memory properties" of new materials in spacecraft manufacturing, and dazzled the audience with a "helium propulsion" experiment. The entire event interspersed lectures and experiments, seamlessly blending knowledge with fun. The lecture, grounded in Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics CAS Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co.,LTD's satellite manufacturing technology, gave students a new understanding of the entire satellite manufacturing process, eliciting cheers and applause from the children throughout the auditorium. "So satellites are like 'eyes in the sky,' and today I touched one of their 'eyes' with my own hands!" a student exclaimed excitedly, holding an experimental model.

"Students, true aerospace professionals must not only dare to dream of the romance of 'Chang'e reaching for the moon,' but also cultivate the rigor of 'meticulous attention to detail.'" Teacher Wang used the history of my country's aerospace development as a framework to tell the stories of the older generation of aerospace professionals who "did earth-shattering things while remaining anonymous." During the interactive session, students eagerly asked questions: "Are satellites afraid of being alone in space?" "How many tests are required to become an astronaut?" Their innocent questions revealed a deep-seated curiosity and desire to explore the universe.

"This event was not only a science lesson, but also a vivid lesson in ideological and political education," said the principal of Yanta No. 10 Primary School in his summary. "We hope that the spirit of aerospace will become the 'North Star' guiding us on our path of growth, leading us toward the stars and the sea."
