On August 12, the Investment Environment Briefing and Project Signing Ceremony of the Qinchuangyuan General Window of the 6th Silk Road International Exposition was successfully held at the Xixian Conference Center. Yang Renhua, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Xixian New Area, Jiang Jianchun, Director of the Management Committee, Wang Hongwei, Deputy Director of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Commerce, and other leaders and guests attended the event.

The event was hosted by Chen Hui, Deputy Director of the Xi'an-Xianyang New Area Management Committee. He Jian, Member of the Party Working Committee of Xi'an-Xianyang New Area, Secretary of the Party Committee of Airport New City and Director of the Management Committee, attended the event and witnessed the signing. At the signing ceremony held that day, Qin Jing, general manager of Xi'an Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics CAS Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co.,LTD Technology Co., Ltd., signed the Xiguang Aerospace Group Headquarters and Satellite Innovation Application Center project with Xi'an Airport New City on behalf of the company.

In the interview, Qin Jing stated that the Airport New City, as the original Qinchuang Airport Industrial Cluster and Open Cooperation Demonstration Zone, possesses a strong aerospace-related economy and an excellent business environment. Its professional investment promotion team has also provided significant assistance and support for the company's group-based and integrated operations. She believes that the company's establishment in the Airport New City will allow it to gradually grow and thrive, achieving high-quality enterprise development and contributing to the Airport New City's development into a cluster of high-tech enterprises characterized by close integration of high technologies, strong industrial driving force, and high product added value.

The Xi'an Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics (XIOM) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) will build the headquarters of CAS Xi'an Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, a satellite telemetry and control center, a satellite manufacturing center, and an experimental research and development platform. It is expected to achieve the networking and operation of 30 satellites by 2025. At that time, it will carry out satellite launch and operation control and provide remote sensing data services.

As China's only international expo named after the Silk Road, the Silk Road International Exposition (Silk Road Expo) serves as a crucial platform for implementing the "Belt and Road" initiative and deepening economic and trade cooperation among countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt. During this signing ceremony, 15 projects were signed, covering multiple fields including biomedicine, maintenance and manufacturing, regional corporate headquarters, and new materials. Once implemented, these projects will provide strong support for the Airport New City's stable growth and investment promotion, further advancing its high-quality development and injecting powerful momentum into the construction of the Qinhuangyuan Pilot Zone and the creation of a highland for inland reform and opening up.
