It will be widely used in fields such as ecological environment monitoring, industrial emission detection, gas leak detection, gas exploration, carbon sink assessment, and carbon trading. This marks a pioneering step forward for my country in the field of carbon monitoring remote sensing satellites.

At the Commercial Space Development Forum, Qin Jing, Chairman and General Manager of CAS Xi'an Aerospace, delivered a keynote speech. She emphasized that hyperspectral remote sensing technology, as a new generation of Earth observation technology, has the unique advantage of "integrating image and spectrum," enabling the acquisition of richer spectral information, greatly improving the ability to distinguish and identify ground features, and realizing the transformation from qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis.
