As one of the core achievements of Xi'an Xi'an Optics & Light Aerospace, the Xi'an Optics-1 04 satellite attracted considerable attention upon its debut. This first domestic commercial satellite dedicated to point-source methane monitoring carries a high-precision, high-sensitivity methane detection payload, enabling precise location and dynamic monitoring of methane emission points globally. Against the backdrop of addressing climate change and promoting green and low-carbon development, the technological breakthroughs of the Xi'an Optics-1 04 satellite not only fill the gap in methane monitoring within China's commercial aerospace sector but also provide strong data support for global environmental protection efforts.

At booth B13, visitors stopped to admire the satellite, with many international partners experiencing its powerful capabilities firsthand. According to staff from CAS Xi'an Aerospace, the successful development of this satellite not only demonstrates the company's deep expertise in aerospace technology but also showcases its forward-looking strategy for commercial applications.

In addition to showcasing its technological strength, CAS Xiguang Aerospace actively sought industry exchange and cooperation. During the exhibition, the company invited numerous industry experts, scholars, and enterprise representatives to discuss cooperation opportunities in areas such as methane monitoring, remote sensing applications, and space exploration. CAS Xiguang Aerospace hopes to attract more partners to join its efforts in satellite development, constellation operation, payload customization, and data application, jointly building an open and collaborative new ecosystem for the aerospace industry.

Meanwhile, during this Space Day event, Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics CAS Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co.,LTD was also awarded the titles of "Excellent Report Enterprise of the International Forum on Commercial Aerospace Industry of the 2025 China Space Conference" and "Excellent Achievement Enterprise of the 2025 China Space Day Industry Exhibition".
