Remote sensing satellites, through continuous narrow-band imaging, can achieve precise identification of ground features, revolutionizing fields such as mineral exploration, environmental monitoring, agricultural yield estimation, and disaster early warning. The Tanli satellite, equipped with a new multispectral camera, operates in a 525km sun-synchronous orbit (descending node local time 10:30). Its core mission is to conduct on-orbit verification of key technologies such as the fully automated onboard mission planning system and high-precision orbit extrapolation, laying the foundation for subsequent comprehensive improvement of ultra-high-precision positioning in the constellation network. This launch further consolidates CAS Xi'an Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd.'s leading technological position in the commercial remote sensing field.

02 Operational Upgrade: Number of Satellites in Orbit Exceeds TenService capabilities have been comprehensively improved.

With the successful launch of the Tanli satellite, the number of satellites in orbit at CAS Xiguang Aerospace has jumped from single digits to double digits, marking a new milestone in the operational capabilities of the "Xiguang-1" constellation. This satellite will join the nine previously launched satellites to form a more complete satellite constellation, providing more comprehensive and accurate data services to global customers.

The collaboration between the two parties centers on an integrated "space-air-ground" remote sensing database, integrating multi-source data to support the transformation needs of Shanxi's agricultural, forestry, water resources, and mining industries, creating a regional demonstration of "data-technology-industry" linkage.
