Li Zhizhong is an academician and researcher of the International Astronautics Association. He previously served as the director of the Remote Sensing Department of the China National Land Resources Remote Sensing Center and the director of the Xi'an Geological Survey Center of the China Geological Survey. He is currently the chief expert of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Geoscience Satellite Remote Sensing Center. He has participated in nearly 40 remote sensing research and exploration projects, including being responsible for the research work of more than 20 national ministries and commissions. He has also written 40 remote sensing research reports, and many of his projects have received excellent evaluations.

Liu Rubing is an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Xiamen University. His research focuses on micro-nano satellite thrusters and advanced flow control technology. He has presided over more than 10 projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published more than 30 papers in authoritative aerospace journals such as JFM, POF, AST, and AIAA J, and has been granted more than 20 patents.

Yang Fan is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Xiamen University. He is a provincial-level high-level talent and a member of the Intelligent Health and Bioinformatics Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation. His research focuses on fundamental algorithms and applications in data mining and machine learning. He has published over 30 papers as first or corresponding author in renowned journals and conferences such as *IEEE TKDE*, *IEEE TITS*, *ACM TKDD*, *Physics of Fluids*, *Acta Automatica Sinica*, *Journal of Software*, *Chinese Journal of Aerospace Power*, AAAI, and ICDM, and holds 4 invention patents. He has led several national and provincial/municipal natural science foundation and science and technology programs, including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has received the second prize of the National Teaching Achievement Award for Higher Education (Graduate Students) and the third prize of the Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
