He repeatedly verifies and validates every set of orbital data, every satellite experiment, and every technical solution, firmly safeguarding the bottom line of quality and safety in aerospace engineering. In team building, he unreservedly shares his years of practical experience in on-orbit control and satellite model development, proactively mentors young technical staff, builds a rapid growth channel for young talents, and cultivates a young aerospace team that is courageous in tackling tough challenges, technically proficient, and has an excellent work ethic.
