Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics CAS Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co.,LTD was invited to attend the conference, where it delivered a keynote speech and signed two significant strategic cooperation agreements, deeply integrating into the Sichuan satellite industry ecosystem.

At the "Hundred-Thousand Project" Supply Chain Cooperation Matchmaking Conference, one of the three sub-venues of this conference, Li Lei from the Marketing Department of Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics CAS Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co.,LTD delivered a keynote speech entitled "From Space Sensing and Ground Computing to Space Data Computing—'Commercial Aerospace + Artificial Intelligence' and the Technological Leap of Commercial Aerospace during the 15th Five-Year Plan," sharing the company's core technology roadmap with partners across the entire industry chain. He pointed out that the traditional "space sensing and ground computing" model has pain points such as transmission lag, data redundancy, and insufficient timeliness, making it difficult to meet the needs of scenarios such as disaster emergency response and precision agriculture. Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics CAS Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co.,LTD has achieved technological breakthroughs through a dual-track approach of "hard reconstruction + soft engine," relying on the on-board intelligent computing architecture to create the "Xiguang Series" quantitative hyperspectral intelligent computing constellation, constructing an integrated, fully autonomous space-air intelligent computing system that integrates "space sensing, space data, space computing, and space application," and realizing real-time on-orbit processing and efficient application of hyperspectral data.

During the conference, CAS Xi'an Optoelectronics Aerospace completed the "Commercial Satellite Alliance Expansion Agreement," officially joining the Meishan Commercial Satellite Constellation Alliance. Going forward, they will share the alliance's on-orbit satellite resources, build a cross-entity inter-satellite collaborative observation and space-ground integrated computing power scheduling system, and strengthen the routine hyperspectral observation capabilities in Southwest China.

Concurrently, Yang Yanwu, head of Xiguang Aerospace (Sichuan) Co., Ltd., attended the "Building a Shared Satellite Data Space for a Digital Future" Star Alliance - Data Resource Strategic Signing Ceremony. Relying on Meishan's "Hundred-Thousand Project" plan for a network of 100 satellites and the sharing of 1,000 satellites, the strategic partners will establish a hyperspectral remote sensing data sharing channel, jointly build a standardized and reliable satellite data space, and implement joint applications in local scenarios such as precision agriculture, ecological environmental protection, dual-carbon monitoring, and mineral exploration within Sichuan Province, releasing the unique industrial value of hyperspectral data.
