The theme of this year's Silk Road International Exposition is "Connectivity, Joint Construction and Sharing". The main forum will focus on "Domestic and International Dual Circulation: New Opportunities of the Belt and Road Initiative", and will conduct discussions and exchanges on accelerating the construction of a new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the mainstay and the domestic and international cycles mutually reinforcing each other, so as to promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.

They showcased their scientific and technological achievements at the Qinchuangyuan Innovation-Driven Platform in Hall 2 and the Aerospace Base Exhibition Area in Hall 4 of the Silk Road International Exposition.

At 3:00 PM on May 11, 2021, Qin Jing, General Manager of Xi'an Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics (XIOM) Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to give a presentation at Hall 4 of the Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base. She introduced the XIOM's small satellite platform and satellite remote sensing constellation system, highlighting their all-weather, 24/7 intelligent remote sensing information monitoring capabilities, as well as their applications in smart farms, smart cities, smart transportation, intelligent terminals, and the layout of the commercial aerospace industry chain.
