该卫星设计寿命3年,运行于太阳同步轨道,初始轨道高度500km,轨道周期约为97.5min,降交点地方时为11:30AM。
该星充分体现了以载荷为中心的卫星设计理念,主载荷为高光谱成像相机和全色相机。其中高光谱成像相机产品工作于可见光-近红外波段,地元分辨率为40m@500km、幅宽为80km@500km、光谱通道数为150,具有小型化、大相对孔径、谱线弯曲小、色畸变小等优点。全色相机采用面阵成像体制,利用面阵凝扫方式获取地面目标的可见-近红外谱段图像,地元分辨率为10m@500km、幅宽为80km@500km。

卫星在轨运行期间,依托于光学遥感卫星地面应用系统,形成影像分析与地面检校分系统和影像处理中心。主要实现对卫星几何参数的在轨检校和验证,主要任务包括对影像质量分析、影像辐射和几何检校、影像质量提升模块等。现已完成下传原始数据的解析及拆分、条带数据的拼接与配准、影像分景和编目处理生成了L0级产品,后续将对L0级数据进行相对辐射校正、波段间配准、MTF复原、RFM模型校正、影像融合等工作,实现对多传感器数据的标准化、快速处理,为用户快速提供质量稳定、可靠的标准化产品。

作为中科西光航天自主研发的首颗高光谱遥感卫星,“厦门科技壹号”卫星(XIGUANG-003)为中科西光遥感星座的建设迈出了关键一步。在卫星的设计研发过程中,中科西光航天充分发挥技术手段优势、坚持科技创新路线,统筹完成卫星从设计、加工与采购、装配与调试、大型环境试验、交付验收等一系列工作的顺利推进,在承制方、发射服务提供方、测控数传服务提供方、承保方等单位的大力协同下,形成强大合力,成功实现了“厦门科技壹号”卫星(XIGUANG-003)的顺利发射及在轨运行。
